2025 NCBA Winter Activities Registration Form

Please complete a separate registration form for each competing unit or student.  Payments can be submitted combined or separate for all guard and percussion units.  Combined payments may also include Drum Major payments.  However, each school must submit only ONE PAYMENT for all competing drum majors (either as a separate combined drum major payment or combined with any guard and/or percussion payments).

Winter Activities Video Evaluations Submittal

Remember, in order to be eligible for the Championship title, guard & percussion units must submit a video evaluation (use the link above). If your group isn’t going to championships, they don’t need to submit a video.  However, they can submit if they want feedback from the judges on what they have so far.

Drum Majors do not submit video evaluations.

2025 Winter Activities Accommodation Form

Scheduling accommodation requests must be submitted a month in advance via this accommodation form.  Every effort will be made to accommodate timely requests but accommodations are not guaranteed.  You DO NOT need to fill out this form to let us know about a Drum Major that is also doing Guard or Percussion as that is already on the registration.

Winter Activities Music Uploads and Show Title Updates

In an effort to streamline music and show title updates, NCBA has created the Google Form linked above.  Updates must be received at least one week before a show.  Late updates will not be sent to show hosts.  REMINDER ON MUSIC FILES: Music file updates are processed 1 week before each show.  You will receive a revised announcer script with the new music file link upon official replacement.  If you do not receive a revised announcer script, we did not receive your replacement.  Contact Rachel @ 209-598-3243

Winter Activities Show Statement

Using 300 words or less, a Show Statement gives each unit the opportunity to provide the most essential information about their show for the judges.  Karl Lowe (WGI Colorguard Education Coordinator) and Dale Powers (WGI Director of Colorguard) discuss Show Statements in their “What’s New in ’23 – Part 2” video (timestamp 2:49 – end).

While filling out this form (linked above) is optional, it’s your opportunity to provide any important details with the judges.  The judges will have access to the responses and will review each show statement prior to the start of each event.
